Esteban Rincan is a Frederick-based illustrator, with a specialty in sequential art and cartooning. He graduated with a BFA in Illustration from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. As of now, Esteban is working on various projects as a freelancing illustrator, with some ranging from comics and graphic design to children’s books and personal projects. Heavily inspired by music, artistic DIY techniques and street art, Esteban creates evocative worlds removed from the status quo by exploring themes of identity, independence, consciousness and introspection of what it means to be human into his illustrations. Esteban hopes to inspire others to question themselves and allow them to embrace the creative joy of humanity.
